    Description
    Further to the RH Petrogas Limited (the “Company”) announcement (SGXNET Announcement No. 2) on 28 February 2011 (Quarterly update pursuant to Rule 1313(2) of the listing manual), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited together with the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) for the year ended 31 December 2010 seeking a removal from the Watch-List.

    The Company is currently preparing for the issue of its Annual Report 2010. The audited consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be sent to Shareholders along with the Annual Report 2010 in due course.

    The outcome of the application for removal from the Watch-List will be updated to the Shareholders via SGXNET announcement, when available.
