    Description Pursuant to Rule 704(15)(d) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, the Company wishes to announce that its interest in associated company, United Industrial Corporation Limited (“UIC”), has increased to 585,469,565 shares or 42.493% of UIC’s issued capital (1,377,815,220 shares).

    The increase in its shareholdings was pursuant to the purchase by wholly-owned subsidiary, UOL Equity Investments Pte Ltd, of an aggregate of 60,000 UIC shares from the open market on 24 June 2011 for the price of S$2.833 per share.
