Luye Pharma Group Ltd (the “Company”) refers to the recent media report on mergermarket that the Company may be the subject of a privatization from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”). The Company wishes to inform shareholders of the Company that a) it is not the source for the report, and b) no privatisation proposal has been submitted to the board nor has the board approved any privatisation exercise.
