The Board of Directors of DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) wishes to announce that its 10.38% indirect interest (held through its wholly-owned subsidiary, DBS Bank Ltd.) in Teledata (Singapore) Limited (“Teledata”), a company listed on Singapore Exchange, has been reduced from 10.38% to 6.92%, following the allotment and issue on 25 June 2012 of new ordinary shares by Teledata pursuant to Teledata’s rights issue of one (1) rights share for every two (2) existing ordinary shares held. There is no change in the number of shares in Teledata held by DBS Bank Ltd.

The reduction is not material in the context of DBS Group's operations.
