Description
The Board of Directors of Darco Water Technologies Ltd refers to the earlier announcement on 1 November 2012 in relation to the completion of restructuring of loan facilities and disclosure of loan covenants.

Under item 3(b) of the announcement, it was stated that it is a covenant under the Facility Agreement that (i) Mr. Thye Kim Meng’s interest in the Company shall not be less than 10%; and (ii) the management control of the Group shall remain with Mr. Thye Kim Meng.

The Company wishes to clarify that the clause "management control of the Group shall remain with Mr. Thye Kim Meng” implies that Mr. KM Thye will remain as CEO and Chairman of Darco Water Technologies Ltd.

Save for the above, all the other information in the earlier announcement remain unchanged.
