We refer to the queries from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") regarding the substantial increase in trading activity of the shares of Eastgate Technology Ltd (the "Company") today. The Company sets out below its responses to the queries of the SGX-ST.

Are you aware of any information not previously announced concerning you (the issuer), your subsidiaries or associated companies, which, if known, might explain the trading?

Description The Board of Directors of G. K. Goh Holdings Limited (the "Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Salacca Pte Ltd, has acquired 404,000 shares in Boardroom Limited (“Boardroom”) from the open market on 26 February 2013 for a total cash consideration of S$246,960.79.

Accordingly, the Company’s interest in Boardroom has increased to 33.07%.

The above transaction was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year.

Save for Mr. Goh Geok Khim and Mr. Goh Yew Lin who are also directors of Boardroom, none of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interests, direct or indirect, in the above transaction other than by reason of being such a director or controlling shareholder of the Company.
