Further to the letter from SGX dated 1 June 2005 on the results for the full year ended 31 March 2005, the Company wishes to provide the following information in response to the Singapore Exchange Limited’s queries:

7. Also, we would like the Company to provide monthly updates on the continuing support of the Company’s bankers and creditors via an announcement on SGXNet.

Answer:
Pursuant to the rights issue which was completed in May 2010, the Company has repaid all its banking facilities.

As at today, the Company’s creditors’ position of support for the Company remains unchanged from 17 May 2013.
