NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to the shareholders' approval of the payment of a tax exempt (1-tier) final dividend of 2.7 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2013 (the "Dividend") at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 October 2013, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 8 November 2013 for the purpose of determining Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited of 63 Cantonment Road Singapore 089758, up to 5.00 p.m. on 7 November 2013 will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. In respect of shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the Dividend to holders of the securities accounts.


The initial public offering of the Company's shares was sponsored by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore ("HSBC"). The Joint Bookrunners and Joint Underwriters were HSBC and CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and the Co-Lead Manager was CLSA Singapore Pte. Ltd.
