The listing follows the acquisition by W Corporation Limited (W Corp) of YuuZoo for a consideration of approximately S$490 million, satisfied by the issue of shares by W Corp. Headquartered in Singapore, YuuZoo builds social e-commerce networks which are optimised for mobile devices. Thomas Zilliacus, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, YuuZoo, said, We are delighted and proud to be the first social e-commerce company to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard.
