In or around March 2012, the auditors of DDL raised several issues in respect of certain milk, farm houses and cattle procurement transactions entered into by DDL's subsidiaries in the Peoples' Republic of China. Mr Daniel Fong was subsequently requested by the HK Securities and Futures Commission (HKFC) to attend an interview and assist them in their investigation into these transactions. To date, to the best of his information and knowledge, no further action has been taken by the HK SFC against the DDL, and Mr Daniel Fong have not been requested by the HKFC to attend any further interviews. The shares of DDL have been suspended since March 2012. |
