| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of SML, has increased its shareholding in PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk ("PIR") following its acquisition (the "Acquisition") of 52,800,000 quoted shares of nominal value of IDR200 each representing approximately 1.49% of the total shareholding of PIR, for a total net consideration of IDR135,537,600,000 (equivalent to SGD13,553,760). The consideration for the Acquisition, which was based on the market price of PIR's shares, was financed by internal resources and fully settled in cash. SML's current effective interest in PIR is 18.35%. BSDE and PIR are both listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
