Announcement Title * PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN DAQING XINLONG CHEMICAL CO LTD ("XinLong")  
Description The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) refers to the announcements dated 5 October 2010 and 1 February 2011, in relation to the Potential XinLong Acquisition and the Potential JMD Acquisition (the “Prior Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the Prior Announcements.

The Board would like to inform shareholders that the parties were unable to reach an agreement in relation to the Potential XinLong Acquisition. The exclusivity periods granted under the XinLong LOI and JMD LOI have since expired. Both the Company and the shareholders of XinLong have agreed to discontinue negotiations in relation to the Potential XinLong Acquisition.
