Following the allotment and issuance of the Reduced Subscription Shares, the total number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 594,724,000 ordinary shares to 659,724,000 ordinary shares. The listing and quotation of the Reduced Subscription Shares on the Official List of the SGX-ST is expected to take place at 9.00 a.m. on 15 June 2015.
