Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below)	The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for Contract TR212 for road related facilities, road structures and road safety schemes in East sector (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by the Land Transport Authority. The amount of the Contract is S$19,727,000 and the term of the Contract is from 11 May 2015 to 10 May 2017. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
