    NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 10 May 2011 after 5.00 p.m. to 11 May 2011, for the preparation of dividend warrants for shareholders of ordinary shares registered in the books of the Company.

    Duly completed registrable transfers of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 50 Raffles Place #32-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5:00 p.m. on 10 May 2011 will be registered to determine the shareholders’ entitlements to the said Final Dividends. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with Shares at 5:00 p.m. on 10 May 2011 will be entitled to such proposed dividends.

    The proposed dividends, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2011, will be paid on 25 May 2011
