    BBR Holdings (S) Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that BBR Construction Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd., an eighty percent (80%) owned subsidiary company in Malaysia, has been awarded a contract by Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd for the Segmental Launching and Post Tensioning works for the construction and completion of facilities works (package A) for the Kelana Jaya (KLJ) LRT Line extension project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The contract sum is approximately RM52.7 million with a contract period of 21 months.

    There is no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2011.
