The following ordinary shares of Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited (‘JSH’) were acquired in the market by JMH Investments Limited (‘JMHI’), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (‘JMH’). JMH is a subsidiary of JSH.

Date of purchase: 1st April 2011
Total number of shares purchased: 214,500 shares
Price paid per share: US$26.60

The acquisition of shares is made in accordance with the share repurchase guidelines agreed with the UK Listing Authority. JSH is subject to a requirement to maintain a free float of at least 15%. JMHI will retain the JSH shares purchased.
