| Description | The Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 incorporating the first financial statements of the Company after its listing, has been despatched to shareholders. A pdf copy of the Annual Report is available on the Company’s website, www.stxosv.com. This set of financial statements have been prepared, adopting the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Notwithstanding the change in reporting standards from International Financial Reporting Standards adopted in the Prospectus to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards in the 2010 financial statements, the Audit Committee is of the opinion that the change has no material impact on the financial position or results of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2010.
