NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to the approval of Members at the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) to be held on Friday, 29 April 2011, the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on Tuesday, 10 May 2011 for the purpose of determining Members’ entitlements to the proposed first and final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend of 0.5 Singapore cents per ordinary share (the “Dividend”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2010.

The Dividend, if approved by Members of the Company at the AGM, will be paid on Friday, 27 May 2011.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 9 May 2011 will be registered to determine Members’ entitlements to the Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares of the Company at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 9 May 2011 will be entitled to the Dividend.
