    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 pm on 16 May 2011 ("Books Closure Date") up to (and including) 18 May 2011 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the first and final one-tier tax exempt dividend of S$0.02 per ordinary share and the special one-tier tax exempt dividend of S$0.04 per ordinary share, for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 (together, "the FY2010 Dividends") approved by shareholders at the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

    Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place #32-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date will be registered before entitlements to the FY2010 Dividends are determined.

    Shareholders (being Depositors) whose securities accounts with CDP are credited with Shares as at the Books Closure Date will be entitled for the FY2010 Dividends.

    The Company has announced the application of the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme to the FY2010 Dividends. Details are set out in a separate announcement dated 29 April 2011.

    The FY2010 Dividends will be paid on or about 29 June 2011.
