These new shares have been listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 12 April 2011. The new shares issued rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the Company. Pursuant to the above issue and allotment of new shares, the number of issued and paid-up shares in the capital of the Company has increased to 6,399,740,592 ordinary shares.
