DescriptionThe Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 304,346,585 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 304,376,585 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) by way of the allotment and issue of 30,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 30,000 warrants at the exercise price of $0.20 on 27 May 2011. These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, and they were listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited today.

There are 4,737,675 outstanding warrants remaining after the aforesaid exercise.
