| Description | The Board of Directors of G. K. Goh Holdings Limited (the “Company") wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cacona Pte. Ltd., has acquired 500,000 shares in Eastern & Oriental Berhad ("E&O") from the open market on 29 June 2011 for a total cash consideration of RM801,724.01 (approximately S$328,000). Accordingly, the Company's interest in E&O has increased from 13.31% to 13.36%. The above transaction was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year.
