Pursuant to Rule 704(15)(c) of the Listing Manual, Fraser and Neave, Limited announces that its subsidiary, Frasers Centrepoint Limited (“FCL”), has incorporated the following indirect subsidiaries in Australia, each with an initial issued share capital of A$1, for purposes of investment holding and/or property development in connection with the project known as Central Park located at 20-102 Broadway, Chippendale, Sydney, Australia (“Project”): 1. Frasers Central Park Holdings No 1 Pty Ltd; 2. Frasers Central Park Equity No 1 Pty Ltd; 3. Frasers Central Park Land No 1 Pty Ltd; 4. Frasers Central Park Holdings No 2 Pty Ltd; 5. Frasers Central Park Equity No 2 Pty Ltd; and 6. Frasers Central Park Land No 2 Pty Ltd. It is intended that the interests in parts of the Project currently held by Frasers Broadway Pty Ltd, an indirect subsidiary of FCL, will be restructured to be held through structures involving the above companies.
