| Description | NSL Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that the registered capital of its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Changshu RAM Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Changshu RAM”) has increased from US$9.62 million to US$12.50 million. Changshu RAM’s principal business is to design, manufacture and sell container spreaders and other port related engineering products and services. The purpose of the capital injection is to fund plant expansion to meet expected increase in demand. This transaction was funded by internal sources and is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of NSL Ltd and its group of companies for the financial year ending 31 December 2011.
