UPDATE ON THE AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF SHARES BY DIRECTOR AND CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER OF THE COMPANY

Description

Further to the announcement made on 14 June 2011 regarding the conditional sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with RES Holdings Pte Ltd (the "Purchaser"), the Board of Directors of PSL Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that Lee Cheng Peck and his brother (Lee Tian Lye) have today completed the SPA transaction according to the terms of the SPA. Accordingly, the Form CDP 4.2 in respect of 60,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company were given to the Purchaser in exchange for its payment of the purchase consideration to facilitate the transfer of shares to the Purchaser. Further announcements on the change of interest by the substantial shareholders of the Company will be made when such transfer of shares have been effected through the CDP.
