LODGMENT OF POLICE REPORT AGAINST LIU FUSHENG

Description

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of KXD Digital Entertainment Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Company’s announcements on 6 May 2011 relating to the report by the Special Auditors, and on 12 July 2011 on the commencement of legal action by the Company against Liu Fusheng at the High Court of Singapore (collectively, the “Announcements”). All capitalised terms used herein but not defined have the same meaning given to them in the Announcements. The Board wishes to announce that, following the commencement of the aforesaid legal action, the Company has, on 21 July 2011, lodged a police report against Liu Fusheng for possible fraud and breach of the Companies Act (Cap. 50) and the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, based on the findings by the Special Auditors as set out in their report. The Company will leave it to the relevant authorities to investigate whether there have been breaches of the law by Liu Fusheng, and will update shareholders should there be further developments.
