Description
The Board of Directors of Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Hoasen Marine Pte Ltd ("HMPL") has issued a writ of summons numbered DC Suit No: 2139/2011/X against Tiong Woon Oasis Pte. Ltd. ("TWOasis"), a subsidiary of the Company, in the Subordinate Courts of Singapore.

HMPL is seeking an indemnity, payment of damages, costs and any other relief that the court deems fit arising from an accident that occurred during a ship launching operation at the work site.

TWOasis is seeking legal advice on this matter and the Company will make further announcement as appropriate in due course.
