Description
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tritech Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that pursuant to Rule 704(13) of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist ("Catalist Rules") of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST"), that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 28 July 2011, all resolutions relating to the matters as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 13 July 2011 were duly passed.

The Board further announces that upon his re-election as Director of the Company, Mr Lim Yeok Hua remains as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mr Lim Yeok Hua is considered independent for the purposes of Rule 704(7) of the Catalist Rules.
