    Description
    The Company wishes to inform that on the Company’s announcement no. 3 made on 20 August 2011 relating to the assignment and conversion of debt, the price indicated therein is the volume weighted average share price of Advance SCT Shares on 19 August 2011 but the issue price as provided for in the Advance SCT Scheme and as defined in the Share Subscription Agreement is at a discount of 10% to the volume weighted average price of the trades done on the Shares on the SGX-ST for the one (1) trading day before the date of the signed Share Issue Agreement. The issue price per New Share is to S$0.021 and the total aggregate of New Shares shall be 864,667 shares of the Company.
