The Company wishes to inform that an error was made in the Company’s announcement no. 7 made on 31 Jul 2011 relating to the injection of additional capital into New Tsingyi Pte Ltd by minority investors.

The Profit attributable to shareholders and 1006(b) computation were erroneously tabulated. We set out the correct figure below:-
