    He bought 60,000 ordinary shares of the Company at S$0.995 through UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd on 19 August 2011. His current shareholding is 360,000 ordinary shares or 0.016% shares in the Company.

    The percentage is computed based on the 2,239,244,954 shares issued as at 19 August 2011.
