The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (the “CDP”) has on 29 August 2011 received the funds for final dividend payment. The payment of final dividend shall be made and credited in the account of eligible members on 29 August 2011.

    Description
    The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the tender for improvement to Alexandra Canal (Between Zion Road and Kim Seng Road) by its wholly owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd had been accepted by the Public Utilities Board.

    The amount of the Contract is SGD46,827,000 and the commencement date for the Contact is 5 September 2011. The Contract is expected to be completed on 4 March 2014.

    The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiary companies for the current financial year ending 31 December 2011.

    None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
