| Description | The Board of Directors of Lion Asiapac Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that AE Technol Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company, has disposed of its entire 880,866 equity shares in Advent Infotech Pvt Ltd (“AIT”), to the ex-employees of AIT, for an aggregate cash consideration of US1.00. AIT, a wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in India, has ceased operations after years of incurring losses. Following the said disposal, AIT has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Group. The above disposal is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net asset value per ordinary share of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2012. None of the Company’s Directors or substantial shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above disposal. |
