Description
DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) wishes to announce that it has received all necessary regulatory approvals for the 33% stake in Changsheng Fund Management Company Limited (“Changsheng”), an asset management company in China, to be transferred from DBS Asset Management Ltd (“DBSAM”) to DBS Bank Ltd. The transfer will take effect from 1 September 2011.

Prior to 1 September 2011, the 33% stake in Changsheng was held by DBSAM, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DBS Bank Ltd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DBSH.
