The Board of Directors of Poh Tiong Choon Logistics Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce a corrigendum to our earlier announcement to SGX-ST (Announcement No. 27 dated 6 September 2011) on a director’s deemed interest held by Poh Tiong Choon Holdings (Pte.) Ltd. In No. 4 of Part II of the Announcement No. 27, the deemed interest of Ms Poh Khim Hong has been erroneously stated as 79,000,000 shares and should instead be 79,000 shares.
