NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 7 December 2011 for the purposes of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed final (tax exempt one-tier) dividend of 0.80 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2011.
