NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 2 December 2011 for the purposes of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed final (tax exempt one-tier) dividend of 0.80 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2011.

Duly completed and stamped transfers in respect of shares not registered in the name of The Central Depository (Pte) Limited, together with all relevant documents of title thereto, received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services at 80 Robinson Road #02-00 Singapore 068898, up to 5.00 p.m. on 1 December 2011 will be registered before shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed dividend are determined.

Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 1 December 2011 will be entitled to the proposed dividend.

The proposed dividend, if approved by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 November 2011, will be paid on 14 December 2011.
