THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of Duty Free International Limited ("the Company") wishes to declare a third interim ordinary dividend (one-tier tax exempt) of SGD0.0025 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 29 February 2012, payable on 6 March 2012 to shareholders registered in the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 14 February 2012.

NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE DATE

Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 15 February 2012 on which day no share transfer will be effected. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 14 February 2012 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined.
