Description

The Company wishes to inform that there were some typographical errors in the Company’s announcement no. 1 made on 1 February 2012 regarding the acquisition of additional stake in New Tsingyi Pte Ltd by way of placement of Company shares. The first sentence of the paragraph captioned “Introduction” should be replaced with the following: The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has entered into a share issue agreement after the close of the market on 31 January 2012 (the "Agreement") with two minority shareholders of New Tsingyi Pte Ltd (“NTY”) (a subsidiary currently 80.1%-owned by the Company) to acquire the entire stake of 13.93% of the issued share capital of NTY held by them for an aggregate consideration of S$910,000 (the “Consideration”).
