NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed on 28 February 2012, for the purpose of determining Members’ entitlements to interim and special dividends of HK3.5 cents and HK3.5 cents per ordinary share respectively for the financial year ending 30 June 2012.

Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the shares in the Company received up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 27 February 2012 by the Company’s Singapore Share Transfer Agent, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (a division of Tricor Singapore Pte. Ltd.), 80 Robinson Road, #02-00 Singapore 068898 will be registered to determine Members’ entitlements to such dividends. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares in the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 27 February 2012 will be entitled to such dividends.

The abovementioned interim and special dividends will be paid on 9 March 2012.
