NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to the ordinary shareholders’ approval of the payment of a final tax-exempt (one-tier) ordinary dividend of $0.08 per ordinary share and a special final tax-exempt (one-tier) ordinary dividend of $0.05 per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011 at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2012, the Ordinary Share Transfer Books and Register of Holders of ordinary shares of the Company will be closed on 4 May 2012. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Registrars, M&C Services Private Limited of 138 Robinson Road #17-00, The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906, up to 5.00 p.m. on 3 May 2012 will be registered to determine ordinary shareholders’ entitlement to the dividends. In respect of ordinary shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the said ordinary dividends will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the said ordinary dividends to the holders of the securities accounts.
