| Description | The Board of Directors of Top Global Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Company has increased from 10,778,737,858 ordinary shares to 10,780,237,858 ordinary shares by way of the allotment and issue of 1,500,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 1,500,000 Warrants (W12062013) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 10 February 2012. These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and they are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 14 February 2012. There are 211,851,188 (W12062013) and 8,071,119,456 (W29092015) outstanding Warrants remaining after the aforesaid exercise.
