The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") refers to the announcement made by the Company on 25 April 2012 in relation to the change of name of the Company from JEL Corporation (Holdings) Ltd. to GSH Corporation Limited.

Further to the change of the name of the Company, the Company has arranged with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") to change its trading counter name from JEL Corp to GSH Corp. The SGX-ST has confirmed that the change will take effect from 9.00 am on 24 May 2012.
