Reasons for Trading Halt *	MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund (MACCOOK PSF ) Request for trading halt MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited ABN 79 004 956 558 (MacarthurCook) as the Responsible Entity for MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund (MPS) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) in respect of MPS's ordinary securities listed on the SGX. In accordance with SGX'S published policy on Trading Halts - practice note 13A, MacarthurCook provides the following information: • MacarthurCook is seeking the trading halt in advance of an announcement to be made to the market regarding the entitlement offer announced to the market on 20 April 2012 (Entitlement Offer); • MacarthurCook requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the opening of trading on Thursday 3 May 2012 and MacarthurCook making an announcement regarding the Entitlement Offer; and • MacarthurCook is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
