Description

Further to the announcement on 2 April 2012, the Board of Directors of G. K. Goh Holdings Limited (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that the proposed de-registration of its 50% joint venture company, AG Fund Pty Ltd, incorporated in Australia, has been completed on 5 June 2012. As of 5 June 2012, AG Fund Pty Ltd ceased to be the Company’s 50% joint venture company. The de-registration of AG Fund Pty Ltd is not expected to have any material impact on the Group’s net tangible assets and earnings per share for the current financial year.
