    Description
    The Board of Directors of AEM Holdings Ltd (the “Company” or “AEH”) is pleased to announce that it is in the final stages of concluding various agreements with Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd (“SPIL”) to jointly make additional investments into a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Microcircuit Technology (S) Pte Ltd (“MCT”).

    The Company and SPIL intend to jointly subscribe for additional shares in the capital of MCT. AEH proposes to invest US$2,000,000 and convert certain loans from related companies into equity and SPIL proposes to invest US$20,500,000 into MCT. After the investment, AEH and SPIL will own 57.73% and 42.27% respectively. The proceeds are intended to be utilized to set up a production line in MCT to supply new products and for working capital.

    The Company will update the shareholders upon signing the relevant agreements.
