As announced on 24 July 2012, following the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, the Vendors will collectively own approximately 93.65% of the Enlarged Share Capital, leaving a public shareholding spread of 6.35%. Pursuant to Rule 724 of the Catalist Rules, trading of the shares will be suspended pending the completion of the Proposed Placement to enable the Company to comply with the free float and distribution spread requirements under Rule 1015(3)(a) read with Rule 406(1) of the Catalist Rules.

This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company’s sponsor (“Sponsor”), Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Collins Stewart Pte. Limited), for compliance with the relevant rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“Exchange”).
