NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and the Registers of Members will be closed from 23 August 2012 to 24 August 2012, both dates inclusive, for the purpose of determining the entitlements for the interim dividend. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, the Company's shareholders are reminded to ensure that all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's principal share registrar in Singapore, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 (for Singapore Shareholders), before 5:00 p.m. on 22 August 2012 or with the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong (for Hong Kong Shareholders), before 4:30 p.m. on 22 August 2012.

For the purpose of determination of Shareholders registered under the Singapore principal register of members and the Hong Kong branch register of members, any removal of the Shares between the Singapore principal register of members and the Hong Kong branch register of members has to be submitted by shareholders no later than 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on 13 August 2012 for Hong Kong Shareholders and Singapore Shareholders respectively.

The interim dividend will be paid on 6 September 2012 in US$ to shareholders whose names appeared on the Singapore principal register of members and the Hong Kong branch register of members of the Company at the close of business on 22 August 2012.
