    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to the shareholders' approval of the payment of a tax exempt (1-tier) final dividend of 3 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2012 (the "Dividend") at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 31 October 2012, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 November 2012 for the purpose of determining Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited of 63 Cantonment Road Singapore 089758, up to 5.00 p.m. on 8 November 2012 will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend.
